The Wahta Health Hub staff, along with the Health Hub Operations Committee (District Municipality of Muskoka for Health Links, Algonquin Family Health Team, and Cottage Country Family Health Team) is extremely pleased to announce that the Muskoka Community Health Hub Demonstration Project has been approved for PERMANENT FUNDING by the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long Term-Care effective April 1st, 2018.
